Hello students and parents,

My name is Joelle Ng, head coach of Z Speed Badminton Centre. I believe most of my students and parents are familiar with me. Thank you for your love and support. Z Speed Badminton Center will soon begin its ninth year.

The new crown outbreak sparked a global disaster in 2020. Everyone has been affected by epidemics, which have resulted in a succession of changes in people’s lifestyles. We never gave up on ourselves during the difficult two years. We’ve gone through a lot, but now we have to deal with industry changes and new challenges.

Despite these changes, we remain committed to our founding principles of being the best at what we do and continuously seeking new ways to serve you. This is the reason we are constantly looking for new opportunities and innovations.

Z Speed Badminton Center has become Z SPEED BADMINTON CLUB SDN BHD in order to propel our academy to new levels. The major objective is to make our adult and children’s badminton training classes more professional and focused. Throughout the process, we strive to help each student improve steadily and to provide you with the best professional experience possible.

To solve the WhatsApp-managed class scheduling confusion, we launched an online scheduling system for training classes with an integrated range of online payment options in December 2022. A simple and user-friendly class scheduling process, you can log in to your account to view upcoming classes and reschedule sessions within a certain time frame. With training session notifications and reminders sent via email, coaches and students can easily manage their everyday lives during a hectic day.

We are once again grateful for your love, support, and understanding. We will continue to grow with you and your kids. Together, witness your success!

2020年，新冠疫情引发了全球危机，大家都经历了一波又一波的疫情，导致人们生活习惯发生一系列变化。 在艰难的两年里，我们从未放弃提升自己。我们经历了很多变化，但我们也必须应对行业的变化和新的挑战。

然而，尽管发生了所有这些变化，我们仍然坚持我们的原则，即在我们所做的事情中做到最好，并始终在寻找更好的方法来更好地为大家服务。这就是为什么我们一直努力寻找新的机会和创新。

为了让我们的公司更上一层楼， Z Speed Badminton Centre 成功转型为 Z SPEED BADMINTON CLUB SDN BHD. 主要目的是让我们的成人羽毛球培训、少儿羽毛球培训课程提供更专业、更有针对性，在训练过程中力求让每名学员都能得到稳步提高，带给大家专业化的极致体验。

为了解决之前传统排程管理方式（Whatsapp）而造成的排程混乱，我们引进了线上预约排程系统，整合了线上支付，简单的预约流程、查看预约排程记录和调整预约排程都可以自行在线上轻松处理，加上自动化发送电邮提醒，让教练和学员们能够在忙碌的一天轻松管理日常生活。
