Can I join a class without a booking?
No, all classes must be booked in advance through our website.
What is a Training Pass?
A training pass allows you to redeem a set number of badminton classes over a set number of days at a discounted rate.
Can I purchase badminton classes without purchasing a Training Pass?
Yes, you can purchase badminton classes at the normal rate without purchasing a Training Pass.
How far in advance can I reserve the class?
You can reserve any available date and time on the booking calendar.
Suppose you redeem the class with the training pass, the class booking is according to the number of days of the training pass. For example, if you purchase the 31 days training pass, you can use the available credit to redeem the class within 31 days from the day of purchase of the training pass.
How many reservations can I make for the same session?
For Adult classes – Each student is only allowed to schedule the same session once.
For kids and teen classes – Each parent account may book the same training session for every one of their children just once; each class must be filled out with the child’s name and age.
Can I change my training date/time or location?
You have at least 48 hours to reschedule the training session. You are unable to rearrange a training session if it is less than 48 hours away. And it is not possible to change the location of the training.
Can I reschedule the booked class after my training pass expiry date?
Yes, you can reschedule the booked class up to 7 days after the training pass expiry date, but you must do it before the training pass expires.
How do I make reservations for my 3 children?
After you’ve chosen the training date and time, change the quantity beside the book button to 3. And the booking system will display 3 student name and age columns for you to fill up.
Please keep in mind that if you wish to reschedule one of your child’s sessions, the other child’s training session will be rescheduled as well. The new session time will be arranged to coincide with the rescheduled session time for your first child.

Can I pay on the day of the class?
No sorry, all bookings must be made and paid for on the website before the class. We are unable to accept bookings or payments in hand on the day of the class.
How can I pay for a class?
We accept 3 payment methods on our website: online banking (all Malaysian banks available); credit/debit card; and E-Wallet (Touch ‘n Go, Boost, GrabPay, Google Pay, MAE and MCash).
We do not accept cash payments.
What happens after I've booked?
When your booking has been processed by our booking system, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. You will then receive a class reminder email before your booked session with general class information.
Can I book multiple sessions in a month?
Yes, multiple days can be booked in a single class. We offer 2 ways to book a class:
- Pay per class:
Any single class can be booked for RM60 per student. Excellent for students who attend less regularly or who are new to Z Speed Badminton. - Pay per month:
Purchase a monthly training pass to book 4 sessions as preferred within 31 days. Excellent for students who want to train on a regular basis.
