Our highly anticipated holiday training program is now open for enrollment! This program is designed to cater to both beginners and intermediate players, ensuring that each participant receives personalized instruction and guidance to enhance their badminton skills.
For beginners, we focus on fundamental training:
- Grip
- Serving
- High shots
- Front-court shots
- Basic movements (sideways movement and forward-backward movement)
For intermediate players, we emphasize more on-court rallies and competitive abilities:
- Smashes
- Smash returns
- Hook cross-court netshots
- Full-court clears and drops
- Strategy development
Our training sessions are conducted by experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping each participant reach their full potential. With a maximum of 30 players, participants will receive individualized attention and feedback to accelerate their progress.
