Class Booking Frequently Asked Questions
What is the New Student Enrollment Fee?
The New Student Enrollment Fee is a mandatory one-time fee for all new students. This fee covers administrative processing, a Z Speed training shirt, and a T-Ball Rebound Trainer Ball.
How much is the Enrollment Fee?
The enrollment fee is RM80, subject to 8% SST, and will be billed separately from training fees.
Does the Enrollment Fee include SST?
No, the fee excludes SST (8%) and will be subject to additional charges.
When and how do I pay the Enrollment Fee?
The enrollment fee will be billed separately upon your first class booking. An invoice will be sent to your registered email address for payment.
Is the Enrollment Fee refundable?
No, the enrollment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Can I join a class without a booking?
No, all classes must be booked in advance through our website.
What is a Training Pass?
A Training Pass allows you to book and attend training sessions within a specified validity period.
What happens if my Training Pass expires?
Once your Training Pass expires, any remaining balance credits will be unusable and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or transferred.
Can I extend my Training Pass?
Training Pass extensions are not available. Please ensure you use your credits before the expiration date.
Can I transfer my Training Pass to someone else?
No, Training Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that purchased it. They cannot be shared with or used by other registered student accounts.
Can I purchase badminton classes without purchasing a Training Pass?
Yes, you can purchase badminton classes at the normal rate without purchasing a Training Pass.
How far in advance can I reserve the class?
You can reserve any available date and time shown on the booking calendar. For training passes, timeslots must be booked and used before the pass expiry date. If the selected timeslot falls after the pass has expired, it cannot be redeemed.
How many reservations can I make for the same session?
For Adult classes – Each student is allowed to book the same session only once.
For kids and teen classes – Each parent account may book the same session separately for each child. If you have two children, you will need to book the class twice. Please ensure that you enter the child’s name and age for each booking.
Can I change my training date/time or location?
You have at least 48 hours to reschedule the training session. You are unable to rearrange a training session if it is less than 48 hours away. And it is not possible to change the location of the training.
Can I reschedule the booked class after my training pass expiry date?
Once your training pass has expired, you will not be able to reschedule any booked classes. Please ensure that you schedule your classes before your pass expires.
Can I pay on the day of the class?
No, all bookings must be made and paid for online before the class. We do not accept payments in person on the day of the class.
How can I pay for a class?
We accept 3 payment methods on our website: online banking (all Malaysian banks available); credit/debit card; and E-Wallet (Touch ‘n Go, Boost, GrabPay, Google Pay, MAE and MCash).
We do not accept cash payments.
What happens after I've booked?
When your booking has been processed by our booking system, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. You will then receive a class reminder email before your booked session with general class information.
Can I book multiple sessions in a month?
Yes, You can book multiple days within the same class. When selecting a timeslot, the system will let you choose either a single session or a 4-session weekly package. You can also book multiple single-session and 4-session weekly timeslots in the same class at once.
