Junior Badminton Classes in Kuala Lumpur for Kids and Teens
Junior Badminton Classes in Kuala Lumpur is a badminton coaching for small groups who are new to badminton and wish to play badminton for social or developmental reasons. The classes are suitable for children aged from 5 to 18 years old and at any ability level whether they are new, beginners, or intermediates.
Our badminton classes are in a group of up to 6 students, each group with a coach. The program will help them to develop the skills and techniques required for the sport in a fun, engaging, and challenging way.
What students will learn from badminton lessons?
Beginners
The students will be able to:
- Proper footwork
- Proper grip
- Proper technique for various shots (high clear, low clear, drop shot, smash, and backhand)
- Proper technique for the serve (deep, short)
Intermediate
The students will be able to:
- Improve basic footwork
- Improve basic badminton techniques (high clear, drop shots, net, lift, smash, serve, and backhand)
- General physical conditioning – endurance, resistance training, flexibility, speed, power (in-court training)
- Full court game play (game strategies)
- Encourage students to participate in local tournaments
