Internal Tournament Jun 2023
Attention all Z Speed Badminton students and parents!
We are excited to announce that our first internal tournament in 2023 will be held on June 5, 2023 (Monday) at Champion Badminton Court, PJ. This event is a fantastic opportunity for our students to showcase their skills, compete with their peers and have a great time in a friendly and supportive environment.
The tournament will feature matches for kids and teens, ensuring that everyone has a chance to participate and challenge themselves. We encourage all our students to sign up and take part in this fun event.
To join this internal tournament, please fill out the registration form with the payment before May 15, 2023.
Participating in this tournament offers many advantages to our students. Firstly, it is an excellent opportunity to develop their skills, improve their game strategy and build confidence. Secondly, it allows them to make new friends and build relationships with their fellow badminton players.
In addition, participating in tournaments is an essential part of the badminton experience, providing students with valuable competitive experience and helping them to learn to deal with pressure in a supportive environment.

Eligibility
- Under 9 Category (Boys and Girls Mixed Singles, half court)
Participant should be born in 2014, 2015, 2016 or 2017 - Under 12 Category (Boys Singles and Girls Singles)
Participant should be born in 2011, 2012 or 2013 - Under 15 Category (Boys Singles and Girls Singles)
Participant should be born in 2008, 2009 or 2010
Games Format
- All the matches will be a singles event.
- Individual events will be conducted in a knock-out basic, while round robin format will be used if there are fewer than 6 participants in the event.
- A match consists of 1 game of 21 points.
- For Semi-Final and Final match, 1 game of 30 points.

Prizes
- All winners will receive a certificate.
- The 1st prize winner will be awarded a medal and a racquet.
- The 2nd prize winner will receive a medal and a bag.
- The 3rd and 4th prize winners will be awarded medals.
